In January 2005 Laura McDonald found herself in a place she never expected to be. Upon discovering her husband’s unfaithfulness and witnessing the end of her marriage, she found herself in the face of shattered hopes and broken dreams, where the only words in her head were ‘my life is over’.

Eagle's Wings is her story through the struggles with fear, failure, self-hatred, depression and helplessness. From a place of brokenness to a place of wholeness; discovering God who loves and cares about the most finite details of our life.

In this journey of discovery Laura has found that life is not over, In fact, it has only just begun. Now, in a place of new hopes and dreams, laughter can be heard and the words now resound loud and clear ‘the best is yet to be!’
