There are a lot of thinking, feeling Christians out there, either with experience and humour to share, or genuinely wanting to communicate something of their personal journey with God to others, thinking that they will be helped along the way.

The name Covenanters is not intended to conjure images of strife. Rather it is the principle of agreement between God and man, the hands pressed together in a gesture of shared goodwill and determination to fulfil a promise. Just as Abraham made his covenant with God, Christians believe that through Jesus the New Covenant has come into operation in God's dealings in human history - providing a new freedom of creativity, forgiveness and love; where the 'weak power' holds everything that exists in relationship.

It is our hope that through this imprint voices will be heard where there has been no opportunity to be heard before. We will carefully select manuscripts for the Covenanters Press and bring the most interesting works into print for many to share.
